Just a few minutes'walk from the city center, the restored, modern, exclusively high-quality 86 sqm apartment (DTV ****) is located in a free-standing city villa. The bright, very comfortably furnished apartment is on the ground floor and is therefore senior and disabled friendly. All rooms can be darkened. With 86 square meters, the apartment offers enough space and freedom of movement for 1 - 4 people and a small child. The high-quality fitted kitchen is equipped with a granite work surface, dishwasher, microwave, stove and ceramic hob, as well as radio and seats. The spacious apartment offers 2 bedrooms (one with raised beds) and one with a normal double bed, a living room with a large LCD digital TV, DVD player, stereo system and an additional dining area, giving every guest a well-deserved rest (sleeping separately possible). The bedrooms are both equipped with large flat-screen TVs. Cot and high chair are also available. The bathroom is equipped with a floor-level shower, folding seat, toilet, heated mirror. fast free WiFi / Internet, no time limit, washing machine / dryer available, covered smoking lounge with seating, garden use.
Pyrmont Plus Card with many extras free of charge, e.g. E.g. Entry to the Hufelandtherme, Pyrmonter Welle, E-Bike, Yoga ..... All buses in the district are also free of charge for our guests.
