Welcome to our bright, peaceful villa, just a 1-minute walk from the river. Ideal for 6 to 7 people, it offers all the comforts you need for an unforgettable stay with family or friends.

The villa has 3 air-conditioned bedrooms:
- A master suite with queen-size bed, dressing room, TV and private bathroom
- One bedroom with queen-size bed and dressing room
- One bedroom with double bed and dressing room, sharing a bathroom with the previous bedroom.

A folding extra bed is also available to accommodate a 7th person.
The modern open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and opens onto a bright, convivial living room. Two bathrooms, a laundry room and several board games are at your disposal for a practical and pleasant stay.

Outside, enjoy a large 500 m² tropical garden with fruit trees, a barbecue, and a volleyball/badminton court for moments of relaxation and sharing.
Secure, fenced parking for up to three vehicles.

The villa is ideally located, close to shops and magnificent hiking trails such as Bras de Fort and Moreau.
