Step into this spacious 86 m² apartment and discover a bright, elegantly decorated living space.

The living room features a very comfortable sofa and a TV, while the dining area includes a table that can seat up to six guests.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare your meals: oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine... It opens onto a furnished terrace with a table and chairs, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee.

Two bedrooms each include a double bed (140x200) and a desk, ideal for working in peace. The third bedroom is fitted with two single beds (90x200). All beds are carefully made with hotel-quality linens.

Closets are available for you to store your belongings and make yourself at home.

The apartment offers two bathrooms: one with a bathtub, the other with a shower. The toilet is separate. A washing machine is also available for your convenience.

You’ll have access to Wi-Fi throughout your stay.

A parking place in available for you in the building.

For your safety, the apartment is equipped with a smoke detector.

The apartment is professionally cleaned between each stay.

Located just outside of Paris, Argenteuil is a charming town that offers a perfect blend of peaceful residential life and rich cultural heritage. Once a source of inspiration for many Impressionist painters, including Claude Monet, the town still features picturesque landscapes along the Seine River. Visitors can explore landmarks like the Saint-Denys Basilica, the hills of Hautil, or enjoy a stroll through lively local markets and green parks. Well-connected by public transport, Argenteuil offers easy access to central Paris while providing a quieter, more authentic atmosphere.

Bus stops are just a few minutes' walk from the apartment.

CDG Airport is about a 30-minute drive away.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.).

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.

For any reservation exceeding 30 days, a civil or mobility lease will need to be signed upon your arrival and departure, along with an inventory conducted with one of our agents. A deposit will also be required.
