Townhouse review

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The townhouse met most of our needs for our vacation in Orlando. The host is absolutely terrible. She never replied to any of my emails and never once answered the phone. She did not give us check in information which became very stressful and difficult upon arrival. The home is decent. The kitchen is stocked with only a few utensils which made cooking challenging. There are no dish cloths provided. The furniture is awkward and uncomfortable. There are not enough towels for the amount of people this space accommodates. Overall we had a decent experience. The pool area is absolutely amazing and we enjoyed our time there.

Convenient location

I stayed at this condo for 5 nights with other friends while we attended a dance competition for our daughters. The location couldn't have been better! The competition was right across the street at the OCCC.While the unit was clean, it does have some areas that need attention. One of the kitchen drawer faces is falling off, the master bathroom cabinets are peeling and part of the wall needs to be patched up next to the shower/tub.Unfortunately the pool on our side of the complex was closed for renovations, but I did notice that there were pool towels in the unit. That will be nice for anyone staying after the pool is reopened. I would recommend this unit for anyone wanting to stay near the OCCC.

Great condo/townhouse

Very spacious condo with great amenities in a lovely resort. The property manager was always quick to respond to any questions. It is right next to the convention center, so very convenient. We will definitely be staying here again.

Orlando AAU volleyball

The property was very nice. Had everything we needed with plenty of space. Had a lot of amenities close by including grocery, restaurants and stores. Only thing was we had to drive to the pool instead of walk. Was able to walk to convention center for volleyball tournament which was nice. Overall was a great place to stay.

Group of friends stayed here for an event at the Concention Center. This property was very close and easily accessible to it. Monica was very helpful in accommodating us and was prompt to answer when we had trouble with the keypad. Highly recommend and would stay here again.

Overall it was an okay experience. It was a little disappointing that several pieces of furniture was either damaged or stained. The unit needs to definitely be updated. The trash was not picked up daily, as we put out trash every night.

The perfect place to visit Orlando with your family

Everything was perfect. The house has all the appliances that you could need and more and is big enough for 8/10 people. The amenities of the clubhouse were great too. Anyway, the best was Monica that was available 7/24 to assist you in anything you can need. We have a great time in Vista Cay.

December 2021 Stay

The over all appearance was a bit disappointing, not the cleanest place. There was an outlet in the kitchen that did not have a cover which was concerning with a small child. It was a very nice neighborhood and very centrally located to all the attractions in Orlando. If they would do a deep clean and give it a fresh coat of paint and some updates it would improve the rentals over all appearance.
