Important: New outdoor improvements
The property has recently undergone improvements to the terrace and garden to make your stay even more enjoyable (as shown in the photo carousel). Clean and convenient access points have been created, and the garden areas are currently being landscaped.

Cocoonr is pleased to offer this charming 155 m² house with mountain views for rent in Bussang, situated in a quiet cul-de-sac. Spread over three floors, it can accommodate up to 11 guests. You can enjoy a garden of around 700 m². We look forward to welcoming you!

The property is laid out as follows:

Garden level:
- Bedroom 1: A queen-size bed (160x200) with a TV and an en-suite shower room with shower and WC
- Bedroom 2: One large single bed (110x200) and a second standard-size bed (90x200)
- A room between the two bedrooms that can be used as an office or games room

Ground floor:
- A lovely 36 m² living room with a TV, sofas and a dining area
- A large fitted kitchen including: Nespresso and filter coffee machines, electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, 4 induction hobs and a fridge with freezer compartment
- A large bathroom with a walk-in shower
- A bathroom with shower and toilet

First floor:
- Bedroom 3: A double bed (140x190) with TV
- Bedroom 4: A walk-through bedroom with two single beds (80x200) that can be joined to form a queen-size bed (please specify your choice at the time of booking) and a third single bed (90x190)
- Bedroom 5: A queen-size bed (160x200) with TV
- Two camping toilets are available for your use

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional facilities: 2 travel cots + mattresses (no suitable sheets provided), high chair, baby bath, bath seat, potty, changing mat, 2 hairdryers, washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board, 2 fans, clothes horse and 2 camping toilets upstairs.

Outdoors:
- A lovely 700 m² garden (not fenced) with a barbecue (kindling provided), table, chairs and 6 sun loungers.
- A 25 m² south-west-facing terrace with an awning and a large table seating 12 people, perfect for enjoying sunny days

The house is ideally situated in Bussang, in a quiet, very pleasant setting. You’ll find essential shops nearby, as well as supermarkets, restaurants and bars just a few kilometres away (in Saint-Maurice-sur-Moselle – Le Tillot)

Activities:
- Go skiing with the family at the Larcenaire resort, ideal for beginners and children, just 3 km away, or try your hand at all kinds of winter snow sports at the Rouge Gazon resort, around 20 kilometres away
- French Ski School less than 2 km away
- The children’s playground and pétanque court are located near the accommodation (a 5-minute walk)
- Catch a unique show at the Théâtre du Peuple, famous for its stage that opens out onto the forest.
- Set off to explore the Source de la Moselle and the Source Marie, renowned for its naturally sparkling water.
- Experience the thrills of the Rando Ferrata, an accessible and scenic via ferrata just a few minutes away.
- Explore the Drumont nature reserve at an altitude of 1,200 metres, offering superb panoramic views of the Vosges ridges.


Parking:
You can park directly on the property. There are spaces for three vehicles in front of the house and one additional space by the entrance. Free parking is also available near the town hall, 200 metres away.

Electric vehicle charging point: available 200 metres from the accommodation, in the town hall car park.

As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful:
- Nearest railway station: Remiremont + bus service (line 8) to Bussang
- Nearest airports: Épinal-Mericourt, Basel-Mulhouse

Other notes:
- Free Wi-Fi available (fibre optic).

- Bed linen and towels are not included but can be provided on request at an additional cost (to be arranged and paid for with our local partner).
The prices given are for guidance only and are subject to change by our partner:
- €12 per person for a sheet, duvet cover and pillowcases
- €3 for 2 bath towels (1 large + 1 small + 1 washcloth)
- €4 for a baby fitted sheet

- Pets are welcome free of charge. Maximum of two small pets. Please specify this when booking. Pets are not allowed on throws, sofas or beds.
- Firewood for the barbecue is provided. Please replenish it at the end of your stay if you have used any.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests. Please leave the property in a reasonably clean condition and clean any kitchen appliances after use.
- Any request for arrival or departure outside the specified times is subject to the availability of Mr Bazin, who is in charge of guest reception. A flat-rate surcharge may apply.
