The star of this property is the location and beach access. The views from the balconies were unmatched. We loved being able to walk out the door to the water and beach. The living space is large and we never felt cramped. We also liked that there were plenty of dishes for the size of groups this property would host. The pool was serviced/cleaned multiple times during our stay which was great and the property management company was quick to help if needed. Property provided a couple of beach chairs, tent, wagon, lots of beach towels.The property could definitely use a deep clean: not all cookware was clean (blender needed cleaning), drying rack was pretty gross, some mold on bathroom caulk, coffee table dirty where people have put their feet up etc.As with some other properties, some of the finishing touches could use work such as making sure there are full sized baking sheets so you can cook for large groups and having decent towels.Great spot for families. Could be a bit tight for couples as some of the rooms didn’t have room for large suitcases near beds. We were able to fit a mini crib in one of the rooms, a full sized pack and play would have been tight if not in the primary. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would consider staying again.

Absolutely beautiful home. Five lovely bedrooms, each with a bathroom and the great room/kitchen was so comfortable and lovely with beautiful views of the Gulf.

Great house!

We visited with our whole family, ages 3 months to 63 years. It was perfect! House was just as described, very clean, nice open floor plan and everything you need. Nice pool and hot tub, beach just steps away, great view, it had it all. We had a lovely time.

As advertized - Great house on a great beach.

Great Island .. great house, right on the beach. Even better than the pics. Like other reviews said, the house is not particularly well stocked with kitchen stuff, but there's a great Publix about a mile away so it was not at all a problem. Location and quality of the house are both 5-star.

Anna maria Island--Thanksgiving

The property was great, but the fact that it was not stocked with the very basics, like toilet paper, trash bags, towels etc., really took away from the week!

Fantastic Getaway

This was our all time favorite the all the properties we have rented over the past several years. Our group of friends really enjoyed Tarpon Lookout, it met all of our needs. Beautiful home, tastefully decorated, with a great walkout directly onto the beach. Beautiful sunsets. Our rented golf cart got us everywhere on the island. Everyone agreed we would rent the property again on a future trip. Can't wait to come back!

Perfect Beach House!

It's a great house in a great location... I highly recommend it. Parking for two vehicles and one in the garage is all there is; getting out of the driveway can be tricky but not a huge issue. Highly recommend! Excellent communication by the management company!!

Sunset Sonata

Spacious, clean house, fairly modern amenities. Third story porch was the highlight. Direct view of the dolphin in the morning and beautiful sunsets in the evening. Host extremely responsive, respectful, and thorough throughout all stages of the stay…pre, during, and checkout. Would definitely return and recommend for families or groups.
