Great location, must be ok with it being VERY family friendly.
We had a great Studio unit. Despite it saying we would have a queen bed, we actually had a king, which was great. Small kitchenette which allowed us to do some basic cooking so we weren’t eating out every meal. Several pools, ample parking. Great gym (pelotons x2, lots of equipment, etc). Abundance of grills on the property. The real only downside is that we traveled here as just a couple on a babymoon without any kids looking for a relaxing time, and the place was CRAWLING with small children. Taking over the pools, the hot tubs, screaming through the walls from the unit next door. I think they understated how family friendly they are. Just be aware that this will not be the calm, quiet, relaxing trip you may be looking for if you aren’t traveling with kids. Also - there is no beach access despite it being an oceanfront property. One “hiking trail” down to very small Wylie Beach but it is actually that - a hiking trail. Not easy access and there is no access to the large Anini beach just below as we had thought.
