Welcome to Lilia, a charming neighbourhood in Plouguerneau, where this furnished house welcomes you just 500 metres from Kervenni beach. Fully equipped to comfortably accommodate up to 8 travellers, it offers all the comfort needed for a worry-free stay. From the house, enjoy an unobstructed sea view of the famous Île Vierge lighthouse. You will also have a enclosed garden, a terrace and a barbecue to enjoy on fine days. Swimming, water activities and walks along the Aber Vrac'h will punctuate your holiday.
Pass through the front door and discover a cosy lounge, perfect for gathering with family or friends, comfortably settled on the sofa in front of the **television.** Going down three steps, you access the kitchen/dining area, with sea views and direct access to the garden through a bay window. This is fully equipped (refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher) and you will find everything you need to cook as if you were at home. For your breakfasts, a kettle, a toaster and a **filter coffee maker** are at your disposal. The dining table can accommodate up to 8 guests.
The accommodation includes 4 bedrooms. The first, located on the ground floor, has a double bed (140x190 cm), a small desk and direct access to a bathroom with shower, hairdryer and WC. Upstairs, you will find three other bedrooms: one with a beautiful sea view and two single beds (90x190 cm), another with a Queen Size bed (160x200 cm) and the last with a double bed (140x190 cm).
A second bathroom, with shower, hairdryer and toilet, is also available upstairs.
You will be able to park your vehicle safely on the property, and a sheltered space is provided to store your bicycles.
