Beautiful 80m² 3-bedroom apartment on the ground floor of a small two-story building, perfect for a wonderful stay near the sea. Enjoy a private garden furnished for relaxation and socializing (gas barbecue not available upon request). Free parking is available opposite the entrance, and there is a private charging station for electric vehicles (€0.35/kWh). Amenities include air conditioning, a quiet location, all modern comforts, and Wi-Fi.

Ideal for family vacations, remote work, or assignments at the naval base, for example. The apartment features three bedrooms (each with a double bed, desk, and wardrobe), a living room with TV, sofa, and air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen, a shower room/WC, and a laundry room. All rooms have windows. Linens and towels are included. Wi-Fi access is provided, along with personal accounts for Netflix, Prime Video, etc.

For children: a crib, high chair, toys, and babysitting services are available.

Train station/port 10-15 minutes by car or bus line 3, beaches 15-20 minutes away.
