We offer this charming 210 m² family home for rent in the popular Vicomté district of Dinard, which can accommodate up to 14 guests.
It's 400 meters from the nearest beach, two kilometers from the Prieuré beach and just 150 meters from the Chemin de Ronde (Gr34).
The house was completely and tastefully renovated by an interior designer in 2025.
The house is composed as follows:
Ground floor:
Entering the house, a spacious and bright entrance hall.
-It comprises an attractive 40 m² living room . A comfortable sofa for 4 guests, 2 poufs, an easy chair, a rocking chair and two children's chairs. The bright living room features two bay windows giving access to a large south-west-facing terrace.
A beautifully fitted and equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, induction hob (3 burners), Nespresso pod coffee maker and filter coffee maker...
In the kitchen is a dining table that can seat a maximum of 10 guests.
The dining area communicates directly with the living area.
To the left of the staircase, a separate toilet, a shower room with double basins and a large walk-in shower.
Ground floor bedroom with double bed (180 x 200 cm)
Another very bright lounge/TV area (bay windows opening directly onto the garden). Comprising a large dining table (10 chairs, can seat up to 12 guests), a 3-seater sofa, a 2-seater bench seat, a Bluetooth speaker, and a large TV.
Above this room, a staircase leads to a bedroom with 2 single beds (90x190) and an office space ideal for telecommuting (2 places) and a chest of drawers.
The first floor, accessible from the entrance, comprises 4 bedrooms, a bathroom and a shower room:
One bedroom specially designed for children, with 4 single beds (1 bunk bed, 1 trundle bed (90*190) with toys and books available.
Two bedrooms with two single beds forming a double bed (180 x 200 cm).
Beds are always prepared as double beds. Please specify when booking if you prefer them to be made up as single beds.

Bathroom with bath and shower cubicle (2 basins)
Bathroom with shower, cubicle and WC.
Separate toilet.
Baby equipment: Umbrella bed and high chair (additional equipment available on request from Cocoonr).

Relax on the sofa, with additional seating and a lovely wooden bar. Adjoining this room, you'll find a room with a ping-pong table.
A laundry area with washing machine and dryer, water point, ironing board and iron.
Additional refrigerator.
Exterior:
- A beautiful enclosed and secure garden of 1,000 m² shaded and planted with trees (presence of 13 steps to access the terrace).
- A lovely south/west-facing terrace with garden furniture (4 deckchairs, outdoor dining table, garden furniture).
- A trampoline
- A magnificent cherry tree under which you can relax in the shade.
- A griddle (cleaning fees do not include cleaning the barbecue grill).
Designed for family life or a stay with friends, it's above all space, light and quality materials that have guided the owners' design choices. This property will appeal to holidaymakers looking for calm and green spaces, not far from urban activities and the surrounding villages.
Neighborhood:
The apartment is ideally located in the highly sought-after Vicomté district. The residential area is quiet and pleasant. You're just 150 meters from the first access to the Chemin de Ronde (Gr34), with a magnificent view of the Saint-Servan district, the dam and the mouth of the Rance.
The traditional restaurant “La Fourchette” is also just 150 meters away.
The center of Dinard, “Les Halles - place du marché”, is 3 km away by car, and 40 minutes if you decide to go on foot via the superb and famous Clair de Lune walk.
The first beach is a small cove just 400 m from the house.
To get to the first beach, “La plage du Prieuré”, which offers the best view of St Malo, you can walk there via the coastal path or the street. It's 2 km away. There's also mini-golf, the magnificent Port Breton park and a children's playground.
Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the courtyard of the house (maximum 3 vehicles, but street parking is free).
For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Saint-Malo 15 Km
- Nearest airport: Rennes 80 Km.
Other information :
- 4* hotel-quality sheets and towels included / your beds will be made up on arrival.

- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation
- The fireplace is not functional.
