Accommodation: This apartment is the perfect base to discover the city. Come and place your suitcases in this two rooms renovated, bright, spacious, comfortable and especially well arranged, all a few minutes walk from the center and two supermarkets... and with a small balcony as bonus! MAIN OUTCOMES - Air conditioning in the living room- Balcony- Ideal location for car-free holidays and immediate proximity to all the main points of interest in the city- Renovated- Bright and well arranged HOUSING The large living room is divided into three spaces: - Living area with sofa bed- The dining table planned for 4- The kitchen is open and fully equipped (dishwasher included) The bedroom has a queen size bed (160cm), a very comfortable bedding as well as numerous storage spaces. The adjoining shower room is open and on the side of the bedroom. Separate toilets complete the space. AFFAIRS After a few steps on Volta Street, you can: - Get to the supermarket in less than a minute on foot to fill up shopping as soon as you arrive.- Enjoy the atmosphere of the Montfleury district by shopping in our pretty shops (blangery, pharmacy, wine cellar, florist, and supermarket, all within 5 minutes walk) - Adventure in the city centre by reaching the rue d'antibes (5 min)- Walk around the Croisette in less than 10 minutes- Join the Festival Palace (12 min walk)- Discover the city center on foot PRACTICAL INFORMATION Parking is paid in the streets nearby. Linen provided (sheets, towels, bath mats, towels...)The essentials of your daily arrival (freezer shower, shampoo, coffee, water...)Concierge service at your disposal throughout your stay.Departures are made until 11am and arrivals from 4pm (flexible according to our availability of course, do not hesitate to tell us if you want to arrive before or leave later, we will do so with pleasure whenever possible).Arrivals can be made in person until 7:00 p.m.Late arrival until 22:00 on request and extra.Beyond these times arrivals are made only on key box.All the key boxes are located in front of our premises, 85 avenue du Maréchal June in Cannes, and the keys will therefore have to be recovered at this address for all arrivals in keybox.
