This building, completely renovated in 2021, combines all comfort with the charm of the Ance valley.

In the middle of 4 hectares of private land, the gîte des graines, on one level and with an area of 105m2, offers you a fully equipped kitchen, living room, dining room, two bedrooms (kingsize beds 180×220), bathroom with spacious walk-in shower. A private garden with its living room and barbecue.
Kitchen: Fridge, dishwasher, oven, microwave, hob, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, electric juicer.

Bathroom: Washing machine, dryer, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, towels and washcloths, bathrobes, hairdryer, 2 washbasins.
