In Val-André, Cocoonr Agency offers you this charming 80 m² flat with a small sea view, less than 100 metres from the beach, with wifi, which can accommodate up to 6 people. Located on the 2nd floor (with lift), it comprises an attractive 80 m² living room, fitted kitchen, three good bedrooms and two bathrooms (with shower and bath). Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.

The duplex flat is composed as follows:

- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.

You will have access to a private and secure parking space inside the residence. Please note that access is via a car elevator, which is only suitable for small to medium-sized vehicles (elevator dimensions: 1.90 meters wide, 2 meters high, and 5 meters deep).

The flat is ideally located in Pléneuf-Val-André, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
