Ideally located near the golf course, beach, and lake, the apartment is set in a natural and peaceful environment. The residence features a pool with a wading pool, two ping-pong tables, and a boules court.
Available options upon request (to be reserved through the agency, at an additional cost):
Household linen: sheets, towels, table linen
Baby kit: cot, high chair, bathtub
Important information:
A deposit of 500 euros will be required upon your arrival by bank imprint.
Pets are not allowed in the apartment.
An additional heating fee of 30 euros per week may be requested outside the summer period.
The apartment is not equipped with a Wi-Fi connection.
Holiday vouchers are accepted.
The end-of-stay cleaning is not included. The accommodation must be left in impeccable condition, cleaned and tidy, with trash emptied.
A cleaning deposit of 80 euros by credit card (non-debited bank imprint) will be required upon your arrival.
