If you are arriving after 10:30 p.m., please make sure to carefully follow the instructions in the self-check-in guide, which will ensure you smooth and easy access to the property.
After this time, we will no longer be able to respond to inquiries or provide assistance. We kindly ask that you plan your arrival accordingly to avoid any inconvenience.

For any specific requests (transportation, deliveries, in-home services…), a concierge service is also available. Please be sure to submit your request at least 24 to 48 hours in advance to ensure optimal support.

The apartment is non-smoking.
Parties are strictly prohibited in order to respect the tranquility of the premises and the neighborhood.
If a party is detected, the security deposit will be withheld and guests will be required to vacate the property without delay.

A baby cot is available upon request for an additional fee of €40.
A personalized check-in service is also available upon request, with a supplement of €50.
Self check-in is possible 24/7, offering you great flexibility for your arrival.
Phone assistance is available daily from 9 a.m. to 11 p.m.
