Beautiful chalet located at the foot of the slopes, enjoying a southern exposure in a neighborhood that has reteined all its autenticity.
With a surface area of approximately 250 m²over 2 levels and a basement, it is composed as follows:
Ground floor: Entrance hall, beautiful living room, lounge, dinig room, kitchen with vaulted ceilling and access to a large terrasse equipped with a jacuzzi.
Half floor: Two bedrooms with double beds ensuite, bathrooms and toilets.
First floor: Two bedrooms with two single beds ensuite, batrooms and toilets. One bedroom with three bunk beds.
Basement: Ski room, indepedant toilets, TV room, gym and relaxation room with sauna and shower. Landry room with washing machine and dryer.
Outdoor and covered parking space.
Furnished and equipped for maximum of 10/11 people.
WIFI
Bed linens and twels, as well as end-of-stay cleaning, are included
