Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming apartment for rent in Saint-Philibert, less than a kilometer from the beach, with a surface area of 34 m² and accommodating up to 3 guests. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), it consists of a lovely 35 m² living room, an open-plan equipped kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom (with shower).
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 35 m² living room with TV, sofa, and dining area
- An open-plan kitchen equipped with: oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- A bedroom with a double bed (140×190) and a single bed (90×190)
- A bathroom (with shower) and toilet
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, fan, iron.
Outside:
- A 5 m² balcony with furniture to enjoy sunny days
The apartment is ideally located in Saint-Philibert, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, and more.
Activities:
- Beach accessible at 400 m
- Water activities: kayaking, paddling, sailing or catamaran
- Walk on the coastal paths of Saint-Philibert
- Discovery of the Kernevest Lighthouse
- Visit of La Trinité-sur-Mer, Carnac or Locmariaquer
Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the residence's private car park (no assigned space).
For other modes of transportation, here is some information that may be useful:
- Nearest train station: Plouharnel - Carnac station, about 19 minutes (9.2 miles) away by car
- Nearest airport: Lorient Bretagne Sud Airport, about 45 minutes (28.4 miles) away by car
Other remarks:
- Animals are not allowed in the accommodation
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided upon request, at an additional cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). The rates given are for information only, subject to modification by our partner.
- The end-of-stay cleaning includes the preparation of accommodation for future visitors. We thank you for leaving it in a correct state of cleanliness and for cleaning the household appliances after use.
- Any request for arrival or departure outside the indicated times is subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat rate supplement may be required.
