PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
The apartment is located on the 1st floor (with lift access) of a well-maintained residence with a swimming pool.
The entrance leads to a comfortable living area with a convertible sofa (140x190 cm), dining space, and a large sliding door opening onto the south-facing terrace, furnished with a table and chairs for outdoor meals.
The kitchen is separate, equipped, and also opens directly onto the terrace.
The bedroom features a queen-size bed (160x200 cm) and built-in storage.
The shower room includes a sink and WC.
Please note: the apartment does not have a television.
An enclosed garage box is available in the basement, suitable for a small city car.

Outside of these hours, check-in is only possible via key box.
All key boxes are located on the front of our premises at 85 Avenue du Maréchal Juin in Cannes, and keys must be collected from this address for all key box check-ins.
