PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
The apartment is located on the 1st floor (with lift access) of a well-maintained residence with a swimming pool.
The entrance leads to a comfortable living area with a convertible sofa (140x190 cm), dining space, and a large sliding door opening onto the south-facing terrace, furnished with a table and chairs for outdoor meals.
The kitchen is separate, equipped, and also opens directly onto the terrace.
The bedroom features a queen-size bed (160x200 cm) and built-in storage.
The shower room includes a sink and WC.
Please note: the apartment does not have a television.
An enclosed garage box is available in the basement, suitable for a small city car.

From Nice Airport: approximately 30 minutes by car via the A8.
From Cannes train station: 5 minutes by car or 16 minutes on foot.

The apartment is located in the central Palm Beach district, only 3 minutes’ walk from La Croisette and its beaches, between Rue d’Antibes and Port Canto. The location offers direct access to Cannes’ iconic spots while remaining convenient for daily life.
- Public and private beaches: 3-minute walk. You’ll find beach clubs with restaurants and sunbed rentals.
- Boulevard de la Croisette: 250 meters away, ideal for waterfront strolls, shopping, or relaxing on a sunny terrace.
- Rue d’Antibes: 1-minute walk, for shops, bakeries, pharmacies, and daily essentials.
- Port Canto: 10-minute walk, great for a yacht-side promenade or a seafront dinner.

Outside of these hours, check-in is only possible via key box.
All key boxes are located on the front of our premises at 85 Avenue du Maréchal Juin in Cannes, and keys must be collected from this address for all key box check-ins.
