The apartment is located on the 1st floor (with lift access) of a well-maintained residence with a swimming pool.
The entrance leads to a comfortable living area with a convertible sofa (140x190 cm), a TV, dining space, and a large sliding door opening onto the south-facing terrace, furnished with a table and chairs for outdoor meals.
The kitchen is separate, equipped, and also opens directly onto the terrace.
The bedroom features a queen-size bed (160x200 cm) and built-in storage.
The shower room includes a sink and WC.
Please note: the apartment does not have a television.
An enclosed garage box is available in the basement, suitable for a small city car.
