Sleeping area with a sofa bed 140 cm. No separate bedroom.
Living room with a sofa that can be used as an extra bed, storage furniture. TV.
Equipped kitchen area (fridge, electric hob, microwave oven...)
Balcony of 3.50 m2
Swimming pool in the residence.
Parking in the residence without private space.
Access to the shops and the beach of Les Minimes on foot.
About 25 minutes walk from the historic center of La Rochelle.
Bus at the foot of the residence and sea bus to access the city center.

Logement propre et bien équipé.Il est situé à proximité du port de plaisance, de la plage des minimes et du bus de mer pour se rendre au vieux port et au centre ville.Un petit bémol pour les places de stationnement visiteurs qui sont très étroites.Néanmoins je recommande.Merci à Sihem pour ses explications.
