Kuća IST UMA 383 (4 persons) is located in the same car park. Kuća Stanovi IST UMA 384 (4 persons) and IST UMA 385 (4 persons) in the same house. Access is via a (paved) road. Parking on the property.

Cozy Apartment in Private House Nestled Between Beaches in Umag

Great location two blocks from harbor and 3-minute walk to extensive beach esplanade with multiple swimming and sun-bathing spots. Bicycles provided. Comfortable apartment on upper floor of private townhouse with external staircase. King bed, small bathroom (shower only), living/dining room with kitchen along wall (fridge, gas & electric cooktop, coffee machine, no oven.) Lovely small balcony with table for breakfast and sunset watching. Wonderful, friendly and helpful hosts. Easy booking, check-in and out. Free car-parking on street. Great value and convenience!!

Ausgezeichnete Lage, nur wenige Gehminuten von mehreren Stränden entfernt, wunderbare Gastgeber und Gastgeberinnen, einfache Buchung und Check-in, umzäuntes Grundstück rund um das Stadthaus mit Eigentümern vor Ort, darüber liegende Gästeapartments. Kostenlose Parkplätze direkt vor dem Haus. Fantastisches Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis im wunderschönen Umag!!

Sehr schöne Lage aber leider sanierungsbedürftig..

Die Lage ist wirklich perfekt sehr nah am Strand und nur ein paar Minuten von der wunderschönen Stadt Umag entfernt. Alles ist zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Die Vermieterin ist eine sehr nette Frau, was man allerdings nicht von ihrem Mann behaupten kann. Die Wohnung ist klein und zweckmäßig eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Das einzige Manko was diese Wohnung hat, ist der stinkende Ablauf im Badezimmer. Das unangenehme Geruch ist mal mehr mal weniger intensiv ,aber immer da. Die Sanitär-Anlagen oder Abflussröhre sollten gründlich gereinigt bzw. saniert werden. Aus diesem einem Grund werden wir diese Wohnung nicht mehr buchen und auch nicht weiterempfehlen, auch wenn alles andere super gepasst hat.
