Schlierseealm - picturesque wooden house near the lake with sauna and fireplace

The detached wooden house is located in a light south-facing location within walking distance of the Upper Bavarian Schliersee and with a view of the surrounding mountains. On 700sqm of land with a surrounding garden, you have a newly built house in a quiet, set-back location all to yourself. On the spacious, airy ground floor, you can cook with your loved ones in the open, fully equipped kitchen with gas hobs. The cozy seating area directly adjoining the kitchen and the very spacious living room with fireplace and wonderful view of the garden invite you to relax completely.
On the upper floor you have the choice of 4 bedrooms with new box spring mattresses in different styles. Let the first rays of sun kiss you over the mountains in the modern room "Gipfelgruss" or you can opt for the golden yellow evening light in the Bavarian "Zwitscherstüberl". You can also relax in the puristic "hay berths" with the scent of fresh meadow hay or in the child-friendly "play booth" with your offspring enjoy bunk beds and quality toys.

On the same floor you will find a spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower and double vanity, the Heidi bath in an alpine hut style with a washing trough and a milking stool is on the ground floor. Morning crowds have vacation breaks!

After a winter hike in the nearby mountain forest, a snowy ski day at nearby Spitzingsee or a toboggan tour behind the house, the solid wood sauna is ready for you in the garden. For dinner and breakfast, you can get not only Bavarian specialties from the butcher and baker around the corner, but also the essentials for small needs. If the kitchen stays cold, you will find two recommended restaurants just a stone's throw from the house. Speaking of which: The train takes you right to your front door so that you can travel without a car. You can reach the Schliersee in 12 minutes on foot or whiz downhill on the hotel's own bikes to the popular lido.

Perfekt

My wife and two daughters (7 and 8) stayed in this property for three weeks in June/July. Everything was absolutely wonderful. It's conveniently located to public transportation (we only had bikes, no auto), as well as the lake and hiking trails. We all thoroughly enjoyed our time here and hope to enjoy it again for future trips. Highly recommend!

Wunderschönes Haus mit vielen Freizeitmöglichkeiten für jede Wetterlage. Besonders hat uns die sehr gut ausgestattete Küche gefallen. Viele Wanderungen sind direkt vom Haus aus möglich. Wir haben die Woche in dem Haus für ein Familientreffen sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder!

Schönes Haus

Das Haus war schön, sauber und gut gelegen. Hat nur ein wenig Stauraum für die Bekleidung in den Schlafzimmern gefehlt und es war keine elektronische Kaffeemaschine vorhanden. Ist aber nicht schlimm gewesen. Fahrräder sind 2 im Haus vorhanden gewesen. Ansonsten war der Urlaub schön und in dem Haus haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Wir hatten uns für einen Pfingsturlaub am Schliersee entschieden und die sehr gut ausgestattete Schlierseealm gebucht. Wir wurden nicht enttäuscht: das Haus ist sehr gemütlich, perfekt ausgestattet, sogar die scharfen Messer, die wir in anderen Ferienhäusern schon vermisst haben, gibt's. Sauna, Spiele, ein Garten, zwei Bäder, genügend Fläche und gemütliche Betten uvm. und alle Räume mit liebevollen Dingen dekoriert. Wohlfühlen ab der ersten Minute :-)

Wunderbares Gästehaus - perfekt ausgestattet

Das Haus ist super gelegen und perfekt ausgestattet, die Ausstattung sehr stylisch und hochwertig. Der Garten ist ein Traum. Wir waren nur Erwachsene, aber Kinder haben dort wirklich Spaß (es gibt eine Schaukel und ein Baumhaus). Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Ein Hinweis: von den beschriebenen „4 Kingsize Betten“ sind zwei Stockbetten (wie auf den Fotos auch ersichtlich), ansonsten alles perfekt, gerne wieder!

Negativ-Erfahrung

Das Haus ist nett eingerichtet, hat aber fast keinen Schrankraum, so dass man teilweise aus dem Koffer leben muss. Es ist überall vollgestopft mit privaten Sachen, und bei unserer Ankunft lag am Kamin Müll herum. Am letzten Tag kam das Putzteam schon um 8h, obgleich die Wohnung offiziell erst um 10h übergeben werden sollte. Dann sollen wir auch noch Kaution zahlen für vermeintliche Farbstiftspuren auf einem Tisch, die angeblich vom Schreiner abgeschliffen werden müssen. Auch wenn das Haus selbst nett ist, - kein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und keine gute Erfahrung mit diesen Gastgebern.

Zentrale und ruhige Lage

Neueres Haus im Ortsteil Neuhaus

Die Unterkunft ist schön, geräumig und ruhig gelegen. Sie wird von den vorherigen Gästen gut und hinreichend beschrieben. Folgende Hinweise möchten wir zur weiteren Vervollständigung ergänzen: Das Haus befindet sich in einem kleinen Wohngebiet, ca. 1 km vom Schliersee entfernt. Die Kommunikation wird von den Vermietern per E-Mail geführt. Eine persönliche Vorstellung erfolgt nicht. Die Schlüsselübergabe geschieht direkt am Haus per Code-Tresor. Das Haus ist schön eingerichtet und die Küche voll ausgestattet. Für den Gasherd bspw. wären hitzeunempfindliche Töpfe prima. Das Obergeschoss besteht aus 4 kleineren Schlafzimmern und einem Bad. Die Ablagemöglichkeiten sind eingeschränkt und Schränke nicht für alle vorhanden.

Tolles Haus mit toller Infrastruktur

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in einem sehr gemütlichen und einladenden Haus. Die gute Lage im Ort ermöglicht es auch bei etwas schlechterem Wetter einige nette Ausflüge und Restaurantbesuche direkt von zu Hause zu starten. Sowohl zum Wandern als auch Radfahren ist die Gegend einfach nur genial, auch mit Kindern. Auch die Zeit im Haus kann man nicht nur bei schönem Wetter wunderbar erholsam gestalten. Vielen Dank!

Tolles Ferienhaus in perfekter Lage

Wir haben eine Woche in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus verbracht. Die Lage hat uns sehr gut gefallen - etwas abseits vom Trubel. Ein kleiner Laden, eine Bäckerei und Restaurants sind aber sehr gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Im Haus selbst hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet. So, wie das ganze Haus: Spiele, Bücher, Kerzen, Holz für den Kamin - alles da. Wir haben gegrillt und Federball gespielt, den Kamin angehabt und fanden den Gasgrill toll. Am ersten Morgen haben wir die Kaffeemaschine vermisst, dann die Espressokocher entdeckt und lieben gelernt. Ein Muss ist eine Wanderung zu den Josefstaler Wasserfällen. Wir sind direkt zu Fuß gestartet und den Rundweg gewandert. Auch zu Fuß zu erreichen ist das Markus Wasmeier Freilichtmuseum. Im Wirtshaus "Zum Wofen" kann man auch gleich speisen und vor dem Heimweg leckeres Brot aus der Hofbäckerei mitnehmen. Lecker gegessen haben wir auch im Ratskeller in Schliersee und in der Alperie (3 min. Fußweg). Ein Ausflug zum Tegernseer lohnt sich natürlich auch, allerdings nicht am Wochenende. Dann ist es viel zu voll dort. Das gilt auch für die Schliersberg Alm. Von hier hat man einen wunderschönen Blick über den Schliersee und runter gehts dann auf der Sommerrodelbahn. Für alle ein großer Spaß. Nur die Sauna haben wir nicht ausprobiert, dafür war das Wetter dann doch zu gut. Vielen Dank und beste Grüße aus dem Norden... Kati H.
