Galkotuwa Estate
Welcome This place of mine will no doubt give you the experience of coming to Sri Lanka and living in your own home. You can prepare your own food and we can even prepare a meal in the Sri Lankan style. Cooking with wood stoves and pottery will definitely give you a weird experience. My house is located in a rural environment surrounded by the beautiful Hanthana Range. You can enjoy the beautiful smiles of the villagers as well as associate with them. At your request I can arrange to visit even special places in the city for a small fee from my vehicle. I hope you find my home in a location that is accessible from anywhere in Sri Lanka.

Hi.. Im Anuruddha Graduated form a local university and Cii-UK and Cim - UK. worked as an Executive , Manager and a regional manager in leading insurance companies of Sri lanka till 2014. Now I'm fully dedicated to my own business and life. In this small life span i wish to be in good for every body and to enjoy my life with all of you and with my family specially. I'm having three children's. My hobbies are to travel, reading books, associate different characters and have different experiences from them.
Why they chose this property
Galkotuwa Estate is located out of the city of Gelioya- Kandy in central province of Sri lanka . One side (East) you can see the beautiful HANTHANA mountain range. West is the village. most of the villagers are cultivating paddy. Even you also can go for them and how this paddy is produced. In north and south jungle is located. In night wild boar and different kind of animals can be seen. I have cultivated pepper in my land. You can see about 300 pepper trees. Since you can cook your food in this apartment, walking 250m you will find a supermarket and a bakery. Villagers are very helpful. and there smiles are very innocent. they always will be friendly with you. You can associate them also. I don't think they cant understand English properly. But im very sure and they would be able to manage it some how. Spa, Mahaweli river, Gyms are very close by. I can introduce all of them to you. I can provide transport from my own car or can be arranged A TUK TUK for all of your travels from my location. Public transport available for all part of the other sides of the country. Come visit to my place and enjoy.
