The Simiane residence is the perfect rental for a peaceful, ski-in/ski-out stay. The departure and return are located just behind the building, with access to the slopes. Each apartment boasts breathtaking views of the slopes and the Aiguilles d'Arves. A small supermarket is 200m away, and the center is 500m further down.

Kitchenette with kettle, coffee machine, microwave, little hoven, 2 vitroceramics cooking rings, fridge. Shower room. Separated WC. Balcony with garden table and chair. The beds in elevation are not suitable for children under 6 years.
