House located on the banks of the Loire in a quiet area while enjoying the proximity of the city center of Orleans. View of the Loire from the living room. The house is 100 m from the banks of the Loire and 10 minutes walk from the cathedral, Maison Jeanne d'Arc, Hotel Groslot, theater and conference center. The train station is 15 minutes walk. A park is near the house (1 min walk).

The accommodations are equipped with a kitchen open to the living room and the dining room. A small outdoor terrace will allow you to enjoy the sun.
The two bedrooms with double bed and the bathroom are upstairs.
The kitchen is equipped with two coffee makers (senseo and press), a toaster, a kettle, hob, daily necessities.

Ideal for discovering the Centre Region, the Loire à vélo is nearby: possibility to store your bike in our garage.

La maison d'Aurelie est agréablement située au bord du Quai. On peut se garer gratuitement pas très loin. On peut aussi se rendre au centre ville en 20 min a pieds. A proximité il y a un cinéma et des restaurants. La rue en elle même est très silencieuse, on y dort la fenêtre ouverte sans pb.
