The house Nemo was newly built in 2004 and stands just a few steps from the Heringsdorf promenade and the beach, just behind the well-known Villa Caprivi. In the house there are 12 apartments on 2 floors. The parking is right on the property. Note: There is no lockable bicycle storage in front of the house. The parking and the internet are included. The apartment 10 is located on the second floor. It consists of a bedroom with double bed (lake view), a cozy living room with open kitchen and a bathroom with shower. A beautiful sunny balcony at the back of the house is also part of the apartment.
