Our fully accessible oceanfront condo overlooks Dawn Beach and the Atlantic Ocean. This 3 bedroom, 2 bath 1700 sq. ft. condo can sleep 8.

The units are on the ground floor, serviced by a ramp or serviced by an elevator.

Since we have a corner unit on the ground floor, you will also have an amazing view of the ocean on the side of the condo.

This resort is on the ocean, and features a beautiful infinity pool with swim up bar, full gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, dining room, living room, balcony, flat screen TVs, complimentary Wi-Fi, and washer & dryer. Fitness center is located on the ground floor, the new BBQ grilling area is perfect if you want to cook, and the concierge can help with numerous island activities, restaurants, and attractions. A very comfortable and convenient location to all attractions on both the French and Dutch side.

Condo includes, a full kitchen with coffee machine, a fridge, oven, cooktop, microwave, toaster, living room with satellite TV, ceiling fans, balcony with outdoor furniture lounge chairs, and tables, private safe, iron & ironing board, there is a luxurious King size bed in every bedroom. A comfortable pull out couch is available in the living room.

Booking is weekly rental. From Saturday to Saturday (ONLY) see calendar for additional weeks to rent.

We absolutely love this island. We visit as often as possible, spending time on both the Dutch and French sides of the island. We always rent a car. There is so much to see and driving here is quite easy. Exploring the island and mingling with the people is so much fun.

We always stop at the grocery store (usually Carrefour) on the way to the condo. We get stocked up with all of the necessities to support our group. There is also a great grocery store just outside of Grand Case.

Why they chose this property

he Dawn Beach Club at Oyster Pond is the perfect location to use as your base for exploring the island.

Typical days for us are coffee and croissant on our balcony overlooking the ocean. Followed by a trip to any one of the 37 amazing beaches on the island. Orient Beach is less than 15 minutes away. Anse Marcel, Pinel Island, Grand Case are all less than 30 minutes away. In fact famous Maho Beach or Mullet Bay are also about 30 minutes away.

You can get just about anywhere on the island in less than 60 minutes.
