The “Shell Beach” duplex is ideal for a holiday with your feet in the sand.
Located in the beautiful Nettle Bay Beach Club residence on the beach, facing the Caribbean Sea with views of Anguilla and La Belle Créole. “Shell Beach” will seduce you for an unforgettable vacation.
The residence has 4 swimming pools and 2 tennis courts.
In the immediate vicinity you will find a mini-market, a bakery, a pharmacy, beach restaurants, watersports, etc.
“Shell Beach” is fully air-conditioned but also very well ventilated naturally.
The “Shell Beach” house consists of a master suite with a king-size bed downstairs, a smaller bedroom with a queen-size bed and its own bathroom with toilet, and a large bedroom and bathroom upstairs with its own terrace. A fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and living room await you.
A large private terrace on the beach with garden furniture, table and deckchairs, palm trees, the sea at the end.
Secure Nettle Bay Beach Club residence.
