A loft makes the apartment feel more spacious. The apartment is approximately 5 m high at its highest point.

The apartment has a kitchen-living room, one bedroom with two beds, and a spacious, full-height loft with four beds, as well as a private toilet and shower. Downstairs there is a sauna and washroom.
