The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you a separate, air-conditioned annex with a shared pool for rent in Saint-Romain-en-Viennois. It has a surface area of 25 m² and can accommodate up to 2 guests. Located on the ground floor, it consists of a living room, an equipped kitchenette, a sleeping area, a bathroom (with shower), and you can enjoy a garden of approximately 1,000 m². Wi-Fi, sheets, and towels are included. We are waiting for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A living room with TV, dining area, and sleeping area with a queen-size bed (5'2“ x 6'3”)
- A fully equipped kitchenette with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hotplates, and more
- A bathroom with shower and toilet
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, plancha grill, iron.
Shared outdoor area with the owners:
- A shared swimming pool (unheated) measuring 7x4m, available from May 1 to September 30. Opening dates are not contractual and are subject to favorable weather conditions.
- A 28 m² south-facing terrace with a view of the village and furniture to enjoy sunny days
- A 1,000 m² private garden
- The property is fenced
The annex is ideally located in Saint-Romain-en-Viennois, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, and more.
