At Elisa's cottage, like a true family home, antique furniture and objects from yesteryear create a warm and authentic atmosphere, perfect for family and friends gatherings and relaxation. Open from April to All Saints' Day, the house is a true haven of peace with a terrace adjoining the kitchen, a barbecue/plancha area in the shade of the fig tree, an inflatable jacuzzi surrounded by bamboo, lounge chairs to admire the panoramic view of the Pyrenees and the surrounding forest, a bowling alley, and games and leisure activities for all (children's swings, ping-pong, exercise bikes, table football). A 10-minute walk from the center of Le Fousseret, a charming Comminges country house with all essential shops (supermarket, bakery, butcher, pharmacy, etc.), the cottage is ideally located between Toulouse and the Pyrenees, just 6 minutes from the A64 motorway! It thus occupies a strategic position for discovering the richness of Occitanie by daytripping. Toulouse is 50 minutes away, and Le Mourtis ski resort is 1 hour away. Inside, the two-level layout is spacious and functional: - On the ground floor: a wide central hallway leads to the kitchen with direct access to the terrace, the dining room, the living room, a bathroom, and a separate toilet. - The upper floor is dedicated to relaxation with a small TV lounge area in the hallway, 5 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms/WCs: bedroom 1 (2 double beds 140x190cm), bedroom 2 (2 double beds 140x190cm), bedrooms 3, 4, and 5 (1 single bed 120x190cm), (2 single beds 90x190cm), (1 double bed 140x190cm + 1 single bed 90x190cm). 2 baby cots are available.
