Maison idyllique avec piscine

Maison typique de Majorque datant de 1830 en 2016 avec une grande attention aux détails entiÚrement rénové avec des installations modernes incl. Le chauffage au sol pour l'hiver. La maison et la maison principale est une oasis de beau village majorquin de Capdella - Calvia avec piscine et grand fruits et un jardin méditerranéen.

1 chambre Ă  coucher, salle de bains, cuisine et salle de sĂ©jour (avec canapĂ©-lit) et une terrasse privĂ©e et un parking offrent des possibilitĂ©s idĂ©ales pour explorer les plages dans le sud-ouest de Majorque et les montagnes Tramuntana. MĂȘme la ville toujours animĂ©e de Palma est accessible en 15 minutes.
3 restaurants, pharmacie, ATM, et deux petites Ă©piceries sont accessibles tout Ă  distance de marche.
La maison est idéale pour une escapade romantique ou pour une famille avec des enfants avec l'utilisation des canapés-lits dans le salon.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in der Ca na Vivi. Viviani und Robert waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Sie gaben uns viele Tipps und waren stets erreichbar, wenn wir Fragen hatten. Es Capdella ist ein sehr schöner und ruhiger Ort abseits der Touristenhochburgen von Mallorca. Trotzdem ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Alle drei Restaurants im Ort sind zu empfehlen mit moderaten Preisen. Die Terrasse mit dem Blick in den schönen Garten haben wir sehr genossen. Wir können die Ca Na Vivi also nur empfehlen.

Super schönes Ferienhaus in sympathischen Dorf

Wir haben eine wunderschöne und erholsame Woche in dem Ferienhaus von Robert und Viviani verbracht. Das Haus ist liebevoll und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und toll ausgestattet. An alles wurde gedacht und bei Hitze funktioniert die Klimaanlage bestens. Man wohnt neben den Besitzern. Aber alles ist so arrangiert, dass man seine PrivatsphĂ€re, aber auch einen sehr netten Kontakt zu Robert und Viviani hat. Beide haben gute Tipps fĂŒr die Umgebung. Unsere Tage haben wir nachmittags am Pool ausklingen lassen. Auch hier ist die Ausstattung mit Liegen, HandtĂŒchern, Schirmen wirklich top und hochwertig. Der Pool selber ist einfach nur toll. Es Capdella hat uns auch sehr gefallen. Mehrere Restaurants sind fußlĂ€ufig erreichbar und bieten leckeres Essen zu erstaunlich guten Preisen. Man kann in einer Stunde mit dem Bus nach Palma fahren und ist gleich mitten in der Stadt. Da kann man das Auto tatsĂ€chlich stehen lassen. Die Umgebung bietet viel: schöne StrĂ€nde (empfehlenswert Camp der Mar und Sant Elm: am frĂŒhen Morgen noch wunderbar leer), Museen (das CCA in Andratx und das Miro-Museum waren echte Entdeckungen) und natĂŒrlich ist Palma immer einen Besuch wert. Nach Trubel am Tag kehrt man dann in das beschauliche Dorf und die tolle Unterkunft zurĂŒck und beendet den Tag auf der schönen Terrasse. Ein wirklich schönes Urlaubsdomizil! Danke an Viviani und Robert.

Ein fantastischer Ort zum Entspannen & Abschalten

Wir waren schon zum zweiten Mal in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus. Viviani & Robert sind tolle Gastgeber, die sich ganz lieb um ihre GĂ€ste kĂŒmmern. Das Ferienhaus ist super schön und gemĂŒtlich eingerichtet und hat alles was man braucht. Z. Bsp. scharfe Messer, KĂŒhltasche mit Akkus fĂŒr den Tag am Strand und fĂŒr alle Lockenköpfe, einen Föhn mit Diffuser :) Toll sind auch der Pool, die HĂ€ngematte mit Blick in einen schönen Blumengarten und die frischen Orangen und Zitronen vom Baum! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder und freuen uns schon jetzt darauf!

Absolut genial!

Ich war ein paar Tage alleine da - fĂŒr ein paar Tage Homeoffice - und dann kam mein Mann dazu. Und wir haben es extrem genossen. Die Ausstattung ist geschmackvoll und wirklich hochwertig - das Bett ist megabequem und das Schlafsofa mit seiner großen LiegeflĂ€che auch. In der KĂŒche fehlt es an nichts. Das WLAN ist stabil und schnell. Der Pool ist groß und herrlich zur Erfrischung. Im Ort hat man alles Nötige: 2 kleine SupermĂ€rkte, drei Gelegenheiten zum Essen und eine Busverbindung nach Santa Ponsa oder Palma. Vom Haus kann man wunderbar wandern - zu Fuß zur Finca Publica Galatzo - kein Problem. Besonders nett sind die Gastgeber Vivi und Robert. Unaufdringlich aber gerne zu einem SchwĂ€tzchen bereit. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Oase der Ruhe und Entspannung

Viviani und Ihr Mann sind besonders gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit, wir haben uns von der ersten Sekunde an willkommen und wohl gefĂŒhlt. Haus und Garten sind wunderbar angelegt, im Haus selber fehlt es an nichts, so dass man getrost mit leichtem GepĂ€ck reisen kann: Strandlaken, Strandschirme, KĂŒhltasche, Proviantdosen, Waschmaschine, BĂŒgeleisen (wer drauf auch im Urlaub nicht verzichten mag ;-)), eine vollstĂ€ndig ausgestattete KĂŒche. Die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll gewĂ€hlt, ein gelungener Mix aus traditionellem mallorquinischem Charme und modernen EinflĂŒssen. Auf der Terrasse mit Blick auf die imposante Palme und blĂŒhende StrĂ€ucher, hat man die Wahl zwischen HĂ€ngematten, LiegestĂŒhlen oder Tisch und StĂŒhlen. Der Poolbereich mit dem Salzwasserbecken ist ein Traum. Es CapdellĂ , unweit von CalvĂ­ĂĄ entfernt, ist ein eher ruhiges Bergdorf am Fuße der Serra Tramuntana. Hotelanlagen sucht man hier vergeblich, stattdessen ist das Dorfbild durch inseltypische HĂ€user geprĂ€gt, ein kleiner InhabergefĂŒhrter Laden versorgt einen mit den notwendigsten Lebensmittel ( vor allem am Ankunftstag sehr praktisch) und frischen Backwaren. Ebenso gibt es eine Apotheke, und 2-3 mallorquinischen Bars, in denen man sehr gut essen kann. Alles fusslĂ€ufig zu erreichen. Die ruhigen piniengesĂ€umten Badebuchten von Cala des Mago und Calla d‘en Monjo sind ca. 20-30 Autominuten entfernt, wer es etwas trubeliger mag, ist in 10 Minuten in Palmanova. Nach Valdemossa +SĂłller ist man in unter 1 Std. Autofahrt!

Perfect stay

Vivi and Robert were the perfect hosts! The location of the apartment was fabulous, within walking distance to local shops and restaurants and a short drive away from other busier towns/beaches. It made for a really relaxing tranquil getaway. The flat was spotless and had everything we needed. We particularly enjoyed the access to the pool and the addition of the ping pong table! We would go back within a heartbeat!

Wonderful property a short drive from the beach

This property is the best-equipped I have ever stayed in. Viviani and Robert have thought of everything one could possibly need. There were deckchairs, parasols, ice blocks, picnic bags, swim towels and all kitchen utensils etc.. They were always helpful if we had any questions. The old 1800s farmhouse is spotlessly clean with air con in both lounge and bedroom. The shower was powerful - great after days at the beach. We were made to feel very welcome with fruit and nuts from the pretty garden plus a bottle of wine. The pool was a decent size and we had it to ourselves all week. One can eat meals on the patio which is now well covered by creeping plants. It is only 25 minutes drive from the airport and an easy 13 minute drive to the beaches at Palma Nova and Santa Ponca. There are a couple of food shops plus pharmacy in two minutes walk selling all essential food including hot fresh baguettes. You can also walk to several good restaurants in the village. The village is very peaceful and beautiful. We had a fun time parasailing and going to the waterpark/beaches and loved coming back to this little haven. We also slept well as the rooms were dark when shutters closed. We would definitely stay here again.

What a lovely holiday!

The property is set in lush gardens in a quiet little town. It has everything you could possibly need for your holiday, and more, and the all furnishings are of lovely quality. It’s a very comfortable little house to stay in, with air conditioning in both bedroom and downstairs. It has it’s own terrace and outdoor eating area, with a great BBQ. They’ve thought of everything to make your stay special! Viviani and Robert are kind, generous, friendly people, who respect your privacy and leave you to have the pool to yourself. The pool area is idyllic, pretty, private and very peaceful. The pool furniture and large umbrellas are all very stylish, good quality and perfectly situated to offer shade throughout the day, they’ve created a haven of tranquility! Es Capdella is a sweet little town with a couple of nice restaurants. All the roads are excellent and it’s really convenient to get to Calvia, various beaches, Palma and the mountains. It’s a great situation, in a really lovely and accessible part of the island.

Viviana and Robert's home in Es Capdella is such a charming and peaceful place to spend time in Mallorca. It's away from the hustle and bustle of Palma, yet close enough to drive in in 20 minutes if you choose. Several lovely beaches are also within an easy distance. The setting itself is stunning, with the Sierra de Tramuntana mountains in the background, and in spring when we were there, the garden was bursting with flowers and lush greenery. The house is quiet and comfortable, with some outdoor space to enjoy the sun, and we had shared use of the pool which was a great bonus. There is everything you need inside for cooking, and the bedroom itself is very comfortable too. Viviana and Robert were extremely friendly and helpful hosts throughout the whole stay, and made sure we had everything we needed. I cannot recommend it highly enough if you are looking for a holliday home!

Here every season has its own magic and special appeal.
We are in a calm village location, with healthy air, blue sky and lots of sunshine.
We are 20 minutes from downtown Palma, 10 minutes from the well known beach of Paguera and only a few walking minutes from the Tramuntana Mountains.
Here you can relax, spend a day at the beach, hike in nature, play sports, access many diverse restaurants, shopping options and cultural events and museums, ...
