Parenthèse Enchantée – Proche Disney

The house is spread over two levels (The third one is closed but can be opened on request, see description below).
On the ground floor, you will find a bright living room with a fully equipped kitchen and a separate toilet.
The first floor consists of two bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with a bunk bed (double on the bottom, single on the top), as well as a bathroom with a shower.

The house is equipped with everything you need to make your stay comfortable: bed and bath linens provided, Wi-Fi, a hairdryer, and all the utensils for comfortable cooking.

For your safety and that of your children, please note the stairs and a small outdoor pool (3 m² and 40 cm deep). This pool is empty but can fill with rain and requires supervision.

Finally, private parking is available for your vehicles. This contemporary house offers all modern comforts in a quiet and welcoming setting, perfect for fully enjoying your stay.

The house is located in a quiet, residential area, perfect for relaxing while remaining close to amenities. Nearby, you'll find shops, restaurants, and cafes, as well as green spaces for family walks. Public transport is just minutes away, making it easy to reach the city center and local attractions. For those who love magic, Disneyland Paris is just a 15-minute drive away, ideal for a family day out. The area is therefore perfect for a peaceful stay, while enjoying the area's leisure activities and services.

The house enjoys a convenient location for your travels. Torcy train station is approximately a 15-minute walk away and provides direct access to Paris Gare de l'Est via the Transilien P line.
For local travel, a bus stop is located right in front of the house, served by bus line 220, which easily takes you to shops, the center of Collégien, and Marne-la-Vallée/Disneyland in just a few minutes.
This way, you can enjoy both the quiet neighborhood and quick access to attractions and public transportation.
