Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers you, in Grasse, this charming air-conditioned house with shared swimming pool, with an area of 75 m2 and can accommodate up to 5 travelers. It consists of a kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower) and you can enjoy a garden of about 200 m 2. Wifi (optical fiber), sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
On the ground floor
- A kitchen equipped with in particular: electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, cooking plates...
- A dining area
- A laundry room

On the first floor
- Room 1 air-conditioned: with two single beds, TV, sofa, bathroom with shower, sink and toilet

On the second floor
- Bedroom 2 air-conditioned: with a king-size bed (180x200) and a single bed, bathroom with shower, sink and WC

For even more comfort, the owners provide the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, fan, table and iron.

Exterior:
- A shared pool of 9m 4m (unheated), open from early May to late September, equipped with a security alarm
- A beautiful private garden of 200 m 2
- A shaded terrace of 30 m 2, facing south-west with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days

The house is ideally located in Grasse, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from all the essential shops nearby but also shops, restaurants, bars, market...

Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the garage and private parking of the house (2 vehicles).

Regarding other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest station: Grasse about 2 km
- Nearest airport: Nice about 30 km
