An elegant foot-to-earth in the heart of a quiet residence, designed to combine comfort and serenity. Its two balconies with distinct orientations offer relaxing moments at any time of the day. An ideal place to discover Cannes while enjoying a functional and harmonious interior.

HOUSING
Located on the first floor of a peaceful residence, the apartment organizes around open and well-defined spaces, where every detail has been designed for your comfort.
Enter a bright living room with sofa and TV, open on a balcony facing north. In its extension, the equipped kitchen (excluding dishwasher), where the air conditioning of the apartment is located, fits naturally into the living room.
Following the curve of a corridor with rounded lines, we discover the bedroom with double bed (140x200 cm), extended by a shower room with toilet.
The room also has access to a second balcony, facing west, ideal for enjoying the end of the day.
ACCESS TO PROPERTY
From Nice airport: about 30 minutes by car via the A8.
From Cannes station: 7 minutes by car or 25 minutes by foot.

- Port Canto: 4 minutes by car or 15 minutes by foot, to admire yachts or dinner in a restaurant with sea view

All the key boxes are located in front of our premises, 85 avenue du Maréchal June in Cannes, and the keys will therefore have to be recovered at this address for all arrivals in keybox.
