Villa Schönblick is located in the wonderful spa town of Gohrisch, in an upscale neighborhood with old villas directly on Malerweg, and above Königstein with its famous fortress. The villa is a listed building, and with its turret it is reminiscent of a small castle. Inside you will find Art Nouveau painting in the aisle and tower. We have set up a spacious apartment on each floor, partly. with parquet, real stucco, chandeliers, designer bathrooms with real glass showers. The property includes a large garden with a barbecue and reading terrace. The house is in the book by Mr. Rölke "Landscapes of Saxon Switzerland" described as one of the most stylish villas.

Grundsätzlich eine schöne Wohnung, aber.....

Die Lage der Fewo war für uns für Wanderausflüge und Radtouren super. Leider haben wir die Wohnung als feucht empfunden, Kleidung im Schrank wurde klamm. An kalten Tagen (unter 10 Grad Außentemperatur) war die Heizung tagsüber ( bis ca. 18 Uhr) quasi aus (Hinweis der Vermieterin, dass die Heizung an die Außentemperatur gekoppelt wäre). In Anbetracht der Tatsache, dass es in der Wohnung feucht war, sich in zwei Ecken in unserem Schlafzimmer Schimmel gebildet hat, Küchenschränke teilweise kaputt waren, würden wir die Fewo trotz schöner Lage und Einrichtung nicht noch einmal buchen

Rundum Gelungen!

Unser Appartement war wunderbar ausgestattet und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die ausgezeichnete Lage, sowie die einfache und unkomplizierte Art der Kommunikation mit Frau Hütter haben ebenfalls zu einem entspanntem Urlaub beigetragen. Wir können die Villa Schönblick voll und ganz weiter empfehlen. Wir kommen gern wieder! :)

Liebevoll eingerichtet und mit Geschmack

Die Wohnung im Erdgeschoss haben wir bewohnt.Die Wohnung ist neu und liebevoll eingerichtet. Auch ein großer Garten gehört dazu mit Gartenmöbeln,sodass man im Garten auch sitzen und essen kann. Alles,was man benötigt,war vorhanden. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Was ich auch toll fand,der Schlüssel war in einer Box und konnte mit Code herausgeholt werden,sodass man zeitlich nicht gebunden war bei der Ankunft. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wunderschönes Appartment - der Name der Villa ist Programm!

Erholsame Tage im Wohlfühlambiente unseres Apartments, welches liebevoll von der Besitzerin eingerichtet wurde. Zu jeder Jahreszeit einen Aufenthalt wert, der "Schönblick" von der Terrasse bzw. den Zimmern aus auf das nahe Elbsandsteingebirge machen Lust auf Entdeckungstouren in die Umgebung. Die sehr gute Lage am Malerweg bietet schöne Wanderwege und nahe Ausflugsziele im schönen Elbsandsteingebirge. Sehr anspruchsvoll gestaltete und ausgestattete Räumlichkeiten, u. a. (schickes Designerbad, Fußbodenheizung in Bad und Eßzimmer) laden zum Verweilen ein. Unsere kompetente und nette Gastgeberin gab uns Ausflugsempfehlungen und Tipps für die Selbstversorgung und Restaurantempfehlungen. Ein gut funktionierendes WLAN im Haus und ein PKW-Stellplatz auf dem Grundstück gehören ebenfalls zu den Annehmlichkeiten der Villa "Schönblick". Wir kommen gern wieder!
