Dit appartement is schitterend gelegen en heeft een enorm potentieel. Helaas is het ‘opgeleefd’ en dringend aan renoveren toe. De ‘zachte’ huurprijs maakt wel iets goed, maar helaas wordt dit stilaan de spreekwoordelijke pleister op het houten been…

Das Objekt Astrid in Bredene hat eine super Lage vorallem die oberen Etagen. Wir waren im 7. Stock und hatten zwei Balkone. Im Schlafzimmer Sicht nach Osten und im Wohnzimmer Sicht nach Norden und Westen. Einziges Manko war, dass der Balkon im Wohnzimmer etwas klein ist und dass keinerlei deutsche Fernsehprogramme zu empfangen waren. In Gent und in Holland gibt es immer deutsche Programme. Sonst waren wir mit dem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden. Auch ein plus für die Küste ist die Küstentram mit der m

Eine Woche belgische Küste

Das Objekt Astrid in Bredene hat eine super Lage vorallem die oberen Etagen. Wir waren im 7. Stock und hatten zwei Balkone. Im Schlafzimmer Sicht nach Osten und im Wohnzimmer Sicht nach Norden und Westen. Einziges Manko war, dass der Balkon im Wohnzimmer etwas klein ist und dass keinerlei deutsche Fernsehprogramme zu empfangen waren. In Gent und in Holland gibt es immer deutsche Programme. Sonst waren wir mit dem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden. Auch ein plus für die Küste ist die Küstentram mit der man die ganze Küste erkunden kann. Ein Tagesticket kostet 7,50€, für zwei Tage 15,00€ und das drei Tagesticket auch nur 15,00€.

Schöne Aussicht in gebrauchter Wohnung.

Insgesamt war die Ferienwohung in Ordnung. Eine beidseitig schöne Aussicht weil auch im 7. Stock. 2 Balkone (Ost-und Westseite). Zügiges Lüften gerade bei Hitze sehr gut. Leider gab es aber mehrere Kritikpunkte: Installierter Abzug in Bad und WC funktionierte nicht. TV: keine deutschen Sender verfügbar. In anderen Ferienwohnungen gab es zumindest ARD und ZDF. Schiebetür im Wohnzimmer war sehr schwer zu öffnen. Grund: Sand vom Strand hat sich in der Gleitschiene über längere Zeit angesammelt.

Alles was man braucht

Wir waren für 5 Übernachtungen in Bredene. Das Appartment ist komplett mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt und bietet genügend Platz, auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt. Die Einrichtung ist zweckmäßig, wenn auch teils etwas überholungsbedürftig (Balkontüre extrem schwergängig, z.T. sich lösende Fliesen im Schlafzimmer). Die Aussicht (7.Stockwerk) ist sensationell, beidseitiger Meerblick. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Goed onderhouden appartement

Het appartement is goed onderhouden en uitgerust met meer dan voldoende huisraad voor diegenen die zelf wensen te koken. Het appartementencomplex is ondanks de grootte, zeer rustig. De tramhalte is vlakbij. Enige grote minpunt is, dat de grote en op de afbeelding aanlokkelijke televisie, vast is ingesteld zodat je voornamelijk naar Franstalige zenders kan kijken! Je kan enkel naar VRT en Canvas kijken, hetgeen zuur is als je in Vlaanderen op vakantie bent. De wifi verbinding was perfect.

Top Ausblick zum Meer

Appartement in Ordnung. Schlafmöglichkeit für 5 Person nicht ganz optimal gewesen. Weil pro Person Endreinigung bezahlt werden musste, leider von der Sauberkeit etwas mehr erwartet. Küche alles da was man braucht. Tv könnte vll auch paar deutsche Kanäle haben. Ansonsten zum weiter empfehlen. Würden wieder kommen. Meer war sofort erreichbar. Top.

Prima appartement. Goed uitzicht

Goed volledig appartement. Voor 4 personen. Het opklapbed voor de 5e persoon wel goed voor een kind maar niet voor een volwassenen. Volledige keuken aan potten en pannen. Prima!
