The house was completed in the year 2016th The ground floor offers a cozy holiday atmosphere for 4-6 people. The light-filled living /-dining area is 34 sqm, 2 bedrooms / 1 travel cot, bathroom with walk-in shower and guest toilet. The kitchen with dishwasher and existing facilities (towels, pots etc.) is ideal for cooking. The garden features a barbecue area and small unfenced pond to relax and feel good. To further off, we offer a sauna, 2 bicycles and a boat. Bicycles and boats are chargeable. Laundromat and coining dryer will save you some work. A parking space is located directly at the house. The apartment is non-smoking.
