Loved it so much I came back

I’ve been living all over Germany this summer and once I stayed here I knew I found my home away from home. I ended up booking a similar apartment in the same building for the rest of my stay. The pictures don’t do the place justice - there really are two bedrooms with two beds each, a large kitchen, a living room with another pullout couch and a large bathroom. Apartment is up one flight of stairs. There is free parking out front and it’s the best possible location in Landstuhl with easy access to train, bars, restaurants and hiking trails. Apartment is fully stocked with plenty of towels, bedding, toilet paper, dishes, kitchenware and cleaning supplies. Trash and recycling is right outside. Place is very clean and property managers are incredibly helpful and responsive. I cannot recommend their apartments enough!

Perfect Location

The apartment was clean, modern, and in a great location - walking distance to shops, pubs, and restaurants. I had just two concerns. 1. Although the little washing machine was a great convenience, clear instructions are needed on how to run it, as in the little video property manager eventually provided. 2. On the morning we were leaving for the airport to return home, we were shocked to discover that we were locked in to the building . Of course, we had left our keys on the kitchen table as arranged and could neither get back into the apartment or out the front door! Fortunately, Property manager, Darinka, came to our rescue in both of these situations.

Clean apartment convenient to Ramstein

Stayed for 2 weeks while visiting our son in Ramstein. Very convenient location, about 10 minutes from the base. Apartment was clean and tidy. Apartment is small, but typical for Europe, and has everything you need. It was hot while we were there and there is no AC, but air conditioning is very rare in European homes. A fan or two would be nice, however. It is within walking distance of pretty much anything you need, and parking is available and convenient. We would certainly stay here again.

Very clean, spacious and quiet.

Great location for anyone visiting family members stationed at Ramstein. Apartment is within walking distance to a grocery store, train station and restaurants. We had a car and parking was free and right outside the front door. Apartment included all amenities for making meals and washing clothes. We would stay here again!

Great Location near Ramstein AFB

Great location in the center of this cute town near the AFB. Easy free parking across the street, lots of restaurants nearby, and an easy walk to the ruined castle (although the hike up the hill is steep.) Also walkable to the grocery store. Kitchen has plenty of dishes, etc, but absolutely no "extras" provided: No salt/pepper, sugar, etc. No oil for cooking anything simple. No soap or laundry detergent. I have found other VRBOs in Europe provide these things. Beds are not great and one bedroom had a fleece "sheet", coverlet and pillowcases. It was very hard to get comfortable at night and my hair looked horrible every morning after sleeping on this surface. The owner and his assistant were very helpful and responsive making arrangements, which was nice.

Great Location

We stayed here for a month with two young children. The apartment was clean and comfortable and located within walking distance to many restaurants and shops. We especially liked walking to the castle and on the many hiking trails.

Wonderful

I was met at the Landsthul train station by Adrian. The apartment looked brand new. Everything was clean and in working order. The apartment was spacious. I would rent this place again and recommend it for anyone. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
