Welcome to this family holiday home located in Penvins, a charming district of Sarzeau. Ideally situated just 1 km from the beach and a stone's throw from shops and restaurants, it can accommodate up to 10 travellers (7 adults and 3 children). Fully equipped, it offers a large enclosed garden, a 60 m² terrace with outdoor furniture and a barbecue to share your meals outdoors. Swimming, water activities and seaside walks will punctuate your stay, it is the perfect starting point to discover the treasures of the Gulf of Morbihan.



Enter through the entrance door and discover a beautiful living room of 35 m² with direct access to the terrace and garden. The modern, open and fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, freezer, induction hobs, oven, microwave, dishwasher) will allow you to cook just like at home. For your breakfasts, you will find a kettle, a toaster, a Senseo machine and a filter coffee maker. Share your meals around the large table for 10 people or enjoy the terrace on beautiful days. In the evening, relax in the lounge area, comfortably seated on the sofa in front of the television.



The house has 4 bedrooms:



- on the ground floor, a bedroom with a Queen Size bed (160x200 cm);

- upstairs, a bedroom with a double bed (140x190 cm);

- a bedroom with a double bed (140x190 cm) and a single bed (90x190 cm);

- a children's bedroom with three single beds (90x190 cm).



Two bathrooms with shower (one on the ground floor, the other upstairs) as well as two independent toilets complete the facilities.



For your comfort, a washing machine, a travel cot and a high chair are also available.



Finally, two private parking spaces are reserved for you to park your vehicles.



An electric vehicle charging point is also available for an additional fee set on-site by the owner.
