The house Flora with an area of 240m2/plain-foot is located in a quiet residential area, just a few minutes walk from the village center of Arbonne and about 15 minutes drive from the beaches.
It is the perfect place in the Basque Country to spend a vacation between the ocean and the mountains.
Housing
The house Flora with an area of 240m2/plain-foot is located in a quiet residential area, just a few minutes walk from the village center of Arbonne and about 15 minutes drive from the beaches.
It is the perfect place in the Basque Country to spend a vacation between the ocean and the mountains.
The house and its garden are on the edge of a small wood, the large terrace with an area of 180m2 and the heated pool (12x5) invite to spend friendly moments without opposite.
Thanks to its cathedral roof as well as the large bay windows, the main living room is bathed in light.
The open living room with designer furniture invites relaxation and good times spent with family or friends.
Right next to the living room is the open kitchen as well as the dining room.
A corridor leading to 4 bedrooms with the following configuration:
- Bedroom (1): a single bed 140 and its bathroom (shower).
- Bedroom (2): a bed 140 + communicating bathroom with the 3rd bedroom.
- Bedroom (3): single bed 120
separate toilets.
Bedroom (4): a 160 bed and its bathroom (bathtub)
In the other part of the house,
- bedroom (5) parental: a large double bed 180 with flat screen TV with its beautiful shower room + toilet
The final cleaning is included in your stay and upon your arrival, the accommodation will be fully prepared by our cleaning team and the household linen installed (towels, sheets, dishcloths).
Two cats are on site.
Swimming pool not usable from October to April.
Other remarks
- Pets are not desired.
