2700 Green Mountain Drive. This condo is in the middle of Branson but very quiet, containing two absolutely comfortable King beds, 400 thread count sheets, and plush towels. Very clean, attractive, and well-maintained. with fresh Caramel paint. Recent 2016 upgrades and additions include a new leather sleeper sofa, new glass top stove and oven, new microwave, new dishwasher, and new dryer to go with the new carpet and tile throughout.

All TV's have the Roku streaming service. The Surround Sound system in the living area gives you a choice of music CD's, the radio, DVD's, or cable HDMI TV.

Spacious,, with 1175 square feet heated and cooled space plus balcony with access from living area as well as master bedroom, gives it a “just like home” feel. The condo has a reserved parking place immediately in front and plenty of guest parking is opposite across the drive about 30 feet away.

The Master bedroom has a private bathroom with jetted tub, separate dressing area, and walk-in closet. The Guest bedroom is immediately adjacent to another full bath (without jetted tub) and is on the opposite end of condo from Master.

A full sized kitchen is fully equipped and stocked with consumables like teas, coffee, sweeteners, toothpicks, sandwich bags, foil etc. The flatware and stoneware help you feel right at home and thought has been given to save you an unnecessary trip to a store. A full size washer and dryer is in a separate utility room next to the kitchen, and comes with laundry detergent, fabric softener, static sheets, iron and ironing board.

The pool requires coded access, is good-sized, quiet and secluded, with large sunning areas about 50 yards from the front door of the condo.

The condo is within walking distance (+ or - 700 yards) of 4 very acceptable restaurants, 2 miniature golf courses, a craft mall, a boutique, Grand Village Shopping Plaza (containing unique shops), an upscale supermarket, and even a Wal-Mart. It is equal distance from either Silver Dollar City (west) or the Branson Landing (to the east) in terms of driving time. Google address: 2700 Green Mountain Drive, Branson, Missouri.

A Play Station II in guest bedroom comes with six games for all ages. HDMI TV's in living room and master bedroom. There are 3 areas to watch movies – master bedroom, living area and guest bedroom. A selection of 22 DVD movies are available for those easy hours, including specially selected children's' features.

About The Owner

My condo is stocked with specialty coffee and tea, such as Starbucks and Earl Grey. And those things that save an inconvenient WalMart trip-all types of sweeteners,cooking oil and spray, toothpicks,foil,sandwich bags, etc. 400 thread count sheets and plush towels are provided for my guests' comfort as well as hair dryers, shampoo, body wash, iron, and facial tissue throughout. New non-stick pots and pans, new stoneware, and nice solverware add to the homeiness of the condo. Three portable phones and free nationwide calling and wi-fi internet access keep you connected.

I have lived in several places around the country and Branson is my favorite. It can be exciting and it is always beautiful. Drive 10 minutes and be removed from civilization and return to nature.

The Owner purchased this condo in 2001

Why The Owner chose Missouri

This location is on the Yellow route, and for my guests, that route provides quick access to all attractions and theatres without needless delays of the Strip (highway 76). Fronting on the Thousand Hills Golf Course and its green lushness, provides a nice contrast with the bright lights and concrete/asphault surrounding the theatres and attractions.

The value of any condominium is directly related to its Association management and its location. The Greens Association has a substantial cash reserve and needed upkeep and long term improvement projects are accomplished timely and well-prioritized.

What makes this condo unique

I live close to Silver Dollar City and can be at the condo in 12 minutes. My guests all say they appreciate its central location on Green Mountain Drive. The rear parking lot entrances to the theatres located on the western part of the strip are located on Green Mountain Drive and guests do not have to waste time sitting on the strip.

Great weekend with friends

This rental was great! Good central Branson location close to dining, shopping, and shows. Nice furnishings with comfortable king beds. Perfect for two couples. Owner was easy to work with. Would definitely rent this property again!

Second time staying there

This was our second time staying there, and was just as happy as I was the first time. Nice clean condo, and equipped with whatever you need. Owner is very quick on responding to questions and anything else you need. Already making plans of staying there again next year. Would recommend this to anyone that is going to Branson, that doesn't want to stay in a Hotel.

Nice stay

Pros: Grant is great to work with and is attentive to your needs! Condo is spacious. Pool area is clean. Close to attractions and restaurants. I would highly suggest Shorty Small's for the ribs!! Plenty of towels for 2 bathrooms including pool towels! Bedding is sufficient, but I would bring my own pillow if given the opportunity to do so, the pillows are overused and need to be replaced.

Cons: If you are a coffee drinker, go buy your own, the coffee provided is bitter. Couldn't find a pizza pan, but a pizza cutter was in the drawer. Carpet could use a deep cleaning, I was super happy I brought slipper socks for our vacation.

Overall, it was a good experience and I would stay again!! It's great to have space especially with children!!

Owner's Response: I always appreciate feedback since it provides focus on the little things that can enhance the condo experience. The coffees provided, usually Community, Starbucks, or Dunkin Donuts, are of the dark roast or Columbian varieties. And they can be bitter if used with same proportions as ordinary coffees. I can include a caution about that in the condo information. The carpet is regularly cleaned with steam extraction and was done only as late as June. So I don't understand that reference but will investigate. The pillows shall be replaced forthwith. A pizza pan has never come to mind but should make a good addition, and by the same token, this holiday season, a roaster will be added since it too would just be nice. Once I was asked to pick up an ice cream cake for an arrival from Cold Stone Creamery and leave it in the freezer for an anniversary. Always happy to take extra steps where possible to make the condo part of a wonderful Branson experience.

Great time, Great place!

A very lovely property that we will rent again. It is spacious with lots of amenities. The beds were fine, the new sofa sleeper is great, the kitchen allowed us to enjoy many meals in-room.

At the end of a busy day, it was comforting to know that we had a home away from home to come back to. The location is a real plus, with many of the shows, shopping, and restaurants nearby. This property made our week stay in Branson very special!

Cleaning Fee $70

To secure the reservation, a deposit of $130 is required; but it is also a credit against the balance owed. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival and the deposit is fully refundable until then. Should you have to cancel within the 30 day period, notify me at once and I will attempt to re-market the nights. You will receive whatever revenue is produced, net of booking value. This site also has trip cancellation insurance which you might consider as well. Three night minimum stay is required on holiday weekends.

Please call for special rates on extended stays of 8 nights or longer.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund if canceled at least 14 days before arrival date.
  • 100% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date.
