About this property

Your family paradise on Usedom am Achterwasser idyllic in the nature reserve

The house is beautifully located on the west side of the island of Usedom. Fantastic hiking and biking trails offer many opportunities for relaxation and if you are lucky an eagle hovers over the expanse.

Our detached holiday home, designed as a "single roof house", has two bedrooms on the upper floor. One bedroom with a double bed and the second bedroom with two single beds, which can also be used as a double bed. On the ground floor there is the bathroom, the fully equipped kitchen with dining area and the living room with reading area, fireplace, TV, Blu-Ray player, DVD collection and a Nintendo Wii game console. From the living room you can reach the upper floor and the sun terrace with garden furniture and grill. The entire ground floor has underfloor heating.

The house is located in the middle of a nature reserve and is in close proximity to the backwaters. There is a swimming area with a children's playground just 400m away - fun for the whole family. Boats for fishing or water hikes can also be rented right next to the swimming area. Due to the extensive nature reserve and the protected location there is plenty of space and there is no limit to the urge to discover (of the children). There are countless offers on the entire island for variety - including the adventure farm "Karls Erdbeerhof", which is only 30 km away.

The Lieper Winkel invites you to extensive walks and bike tours (start directly from the house), sailing, golfing and feasting in the nearby restaurants and inns. The sunsets of the island are the most beautiful here on the Peenestrom. You will soon reach the seaside resorts and wide sandy beaches.

In the village (Quilitz) there is a health food store, u. a. with fresh bread, bread, home-grown vegetables, ice cream and many other organic products. Restaurants and cafes are in the immediate vicinity.

The Rankwitz port with boat mooring and the well-known fish smokehouse, which we can highly recommend, are 4 km away. The town of Usedom with doctors, pharmacy is 12 km away. a. Discount stores.

The famous seaside resorts with the Baltic Sea beaches are about 20km away.

Tolles, kleines Ferienhaus

Bei strahlendem Sonnenschein haben wir ein paar sehr schöne, ruhige Märztage hier in traumhafter Umgebung verbracht. Da die Fenster nur einfach verglast sind und das Haus nicht gedämmt ist, hat uns der Kaminofen abends gute Dienste geleistet.

Hallo liebe Birgit, herzlichen Dank für deine tolle Bewertung und dein Feedback! Neben dem Kaminofen haben wir im Erdgeschoss Fußbodenheizung und in alle Etagen zusätzlich Heizkörper an den Wänden montiert, die alle über eine Gas-Zentralheizung betrieben werden. Somit sollte auch es auch ohne Kamin zu jeder Jahreszeit schön warm werden - mit Kamin fühlt es sich aber natürlich noch gleich viel gemütlicher an. LG, Familie Witt

Mein Aufenthalt auf Usedom

Sehr idyllisch und ruhig gelegen. Haus /Fenster sind aber ganz schlecht isoliert, man heizt zum Fenster raus, in einem Schlafzimmer pfeift der Wind nur so durch. Unsere Rettung war der Dänische Ofen im Wohnzimmer. Wir würden nur im Sommer wiederkommen, aber nicht in kalten Monaten.

Schöner Urlaub in Quilitz

Wir waren eine Woche mit unseren Enkeln in diesem schönen Haus. Alles top eingerichtet, so dass wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt haben. Besonders die Ruhe und die direkte Lange am Achterwasser hat uns gefallen.

Ostseeurlaub

Trotz des andauernden Regens hatten wir ein paar schöne erholsame Tage. Für Kinder gab es einiges zur Unterhaltung in der näheren Umgebung z. B. Karl's Erlebnishof. Unsere Unterkunft , Rieddachhaus am Achterwasser, war sehr gemütlich und ausreichend. Gerne wieder.

Idyll

Das Reetdachhaus ist nicht so leicht zu finden. Es liegt etwas abseits in einem kleinen Wald, inmitten einer kleinen „Waldsiedlung“ bestehend aus lauter solchen Häusern. Das Haus ist schon etwas „bewohnt“, aber total liebevoll und harmonisch eingerichtet! Der Vermieter hat sich da richtig was einfallen lassen! Wir und unsere Kinder haben uns dort sehr, sehr wohl gefühlt und man hat dort den stressigen Alltag für die Tage sehr gut hinter sich lassen können! Wir kommen sehr gerne mal wieder hin! Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend! Top!

Super Ferienhaus

Wir haben den Aufenthalt im Nurdachhaus sehr genossen. Das Häuschen steht unweit des Peenestroms in einem kleinen Wald im Ort Quilitz. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen und ein kleiner Garten lädt im Sommer bestimmt zum Entspannen ein.

Gemütliches Haus abseits vom Trubel

Sehr gemütliches, wohl durchdachtes Häuschen in dem an alles gedacht ist. Perfekte Auszeit für kleine Familien in der ländlichen Idylle von Usedom mitten im Wald und doch am Wasser! Wärmstens zu empfehlen!

Wunderschöne ruhige Umgebung

Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Das lag zum einen an der Lage des Reetdach-Hauses in der Nähe des Peenestromes, zum anderen an der gut ausgestatteten (z.Bsp. Bibliothek) Inneneinrichtung. Wegen der Treppe ins obere Stockwerk halte ich das Haus für Kleinkinder und für Gehbehinderte nicht zu 100% geeignet.
