At the entrance to the village, on the road leading to Thuir (5 km), outside the subdivision, in a quiet area, contemporary single-story house, located in the property of the owners' main residence. Ground floor: spacious living room (hi-fi) facing south opening onto the 3,500 m² shared enclosed garden with trees and flowers and onto the private covered terrace (garden furniture, plancha, deckchairs) where it is good to relax. Modern fully equipped kitchen, 2 air-conditioned bedrooms (1 bed 160 and dressing room in each), shower room, separate toilet. Owners' private swimming pool (secured by alarm, 6 m x 12 m). Private parking in enclosed property. In a green setting, this cottage is well located in the Roussillon plain: The nearby expressways allow easy access to the various sites of the Pyrénées-Orientales
