This luxurious 4BR/3.5BA house features upscale finishes, shiplap accent walls, and designer-selected elements throughout. Highlights include a chef’s kitchen and two covered balconies with views of the only links-style golf course in Texas. Use the grill to dine alfresco. This house sleeps everyone across four bedrooms,. The primary suite has a king bed, a private patio, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. All bedrooms have a smart TV. Complimentary WiFi, a washer/dryer, and an outdoor shower are provided.

Enjoy access to incredible amenities, including two elegant resort-style pools that are heated during our winter season. A designated area at the beach with food services and air-conditioned bathrooms. During the summer, poolside cabanas, golf carts, beach chairs, and umbrellas are available to rent via Guest Services.. For on-site dining, you’ll find REDS Patio Bar, the Agave Poolside Cantina, and the award-winning Black Marlin Seaside Grill.

THINGS TO KNOW
There is currently major construction occurring on new homes in the area. No current homes or amenities will be affected, though construction equipment may be visible and views may be obstructed in some areas. Construction has been scheduled during certain times of the day to minimize noise and potential disturbances to guests. The work is scheduled to conclude in the next year.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Fun family time but multiple house concerns

The Vacasa team was excellent! Unfortunately, I had to text them frequently because there were quite a few issues with the house during our stay- but 5 star service and response from their team!

We had a great time at Beach Ball despite the AC not working correctly. The house was clean, and furnished all we needed. Great view from balcony, and good location to Oasis pool. We would stay here again!

Well located property

Well located, comfortable beds, well appointed kitchen, lovely bathrooms. Our only complaint was the main room furnishings. Aesthetically pleasing but uncomfortable, not conducive to family movie night.

Great Port A Getaway

This was a great property within the Palmilla community. We had two families comfortably stay in this house. We cooked at the house twice and the kitchen had everything we needed. Everyone said their beds and bedding were very comfortable. It is also located next to the Oasis pool, the Starbucks trailer and Reds. I would stay here again.

Amazing vacation!

From check-in to check-out, we loved every second of our vacation and stay at the Beach Ball house. The house was very clean and plenty of space for our family of 7. Guest Services was on top of everything and checked in multiple times throughout our stay. I highly recommend renting a beach setup (chairs and umbrella) so you are guaranteed a spot and the golf carts are a must to get around the property. Overall GREAT vacation and we will be back.

Loved this House

The house was amazing! Loved all the light that comes in, and all the porches. Loved the golf course view. However, we did notice that the house, while relatively new, has a definite slope from the refrigerator, and bunk room, to the upstairs shower.

Beautifully decorated, comfortable home in Port A

The house was perfect for a stay with 4 adults and two kids. We found the beds to be comfy, the kids' room to be well-designed, and the kitchen to be well-stocked. Overall we had a wonderful stay and found guest services to be very responsive. The reason I am not giving 5 stars is that we had a lot of issues with bugs on the property (ants, mosquitoes, roaches) and I felt that the price point was a little high for not having any of the amenities included (beach chairs, golf carts, etc. are all extra). I've stayed in less expensive, nicer rentals elsewhere.

Know ahead of time

The homes are cheaply and quickly constructed - lots of crooked tile, windows, and cheap material. Just know ahead of time you need to bring everything! They supplied one trash bag, and one paper towel roll. For the price I expected a little more effort. The location and view was great! Beautiful area. Home fit us comfortably but it does carry sound. Once one person awake, entire home was awake.

Nice Place but Construction starts at 5:40am. NOT RELAXING

The house itself was nice and well appointed. I would say it was the least clean out of the 3 properties we have stayed at in Palmilla beach. The Ceiling fans look like they have never been dusted. The worst part about it is every morning, the earliest being 5:40am and the latest being 6:15 am, there is a beeping truck that I presume has something to do with the construction that goes non stop. This particular property happens to be pretty close to the most recent construction so it's not really anything directly to do with the house itself. Palmilla Beach should really reconsider allowing workers to start at 5:40am, or even 6:30am. I was there to relax and get some nice sleep which is to be expected on vacation. Instead I couldn't wait to go home.

Great Stay!!

The house was perfect….wonderful location with golf views. We really enjoyed the sunset each evening from either the living room or one of the many porches. Plenty of space for our big family. The neighborhood is awesome. Loved the Black Marlin restaurant. The pool was crowded but we still had plenty of space. We would DEFINITELY stay here again.

Exactly what we were hoping for!

We loved this home at Palmilla. Decorated so beautifully and tastefully. Had trouble with the oven but it was resolved and hopefully is being fixed. Loved being on the golf course. Perfect for 2 families, 3 couples or 1 large family. Would definitely stay there again. Roads on the property need to be redone and lots of construction but we expected that.
