HOUSING
Located on the fourth floor of an old building with elevator until the third (and then stairs to the last one), this studio offers a functional and well arranged living space.
The main room, attic and air conditioned, includes a sofa bed (140x200cm), which forms a relaxation area with connected TV and fiber, as well as a window overlooking the rooftops of Cannes.
The independent kitchen is equipped for everyday needs (cooking plates, microwave, refrigerator, dishes and kitchen utensils) and has an opening to the living room.
The shower room with toilet completes the set.

Beyond these times arrivals are made only on key box.
All the key boxes are located in front of our premises, 85 avenue du Maréchal June in Cannes, and the keys will therefore have to be recovered at this address for all arrivals in keybox.
