The open-concept living space boasts welcoming, coastal decor throughout – with fresh white accents and blue tones that add coastal charm. Find wood flooring and large windows throughout.

After a fun-filled beach day, kick back in the living area on the armchairs and large sectional to watch a movie on the 50' TV.

KITCHEN & DINING

The well-equipped kitchen features a large island with seating for three and a full suite of Samsung stainless steel appliances. Dine in style at the table for 10 under a stylish chandelier.

BED & BATH

The tranquil master bedroom has a comfy king-size bed, 32' TV, and a walk-in closet. An en-suite bathroom includes a double vanity, stunning tile work, and walk-in shower. An adjacent guest room includes a queen bed and 32' TV. A guest bathroom has a shower/tub combination.

Upstairs, the third bedroom has a plush king bed and a 32' TV. The fourth bedroom is configured with two sets of twin-over-twin bunk beds and a 32' TV. The third bathroom includes a shower/tub combination.

OUTDOOR AREA

Accessible from the living area and the master bedroom, the covered patio offers seating and an outdoor dining table with views of the pond.

Mustang Royale is a charming gulf-front community of vibrant candy-colored beach houses. Go birding at the on-site ponds, or take a short stroll to the beach via a convenient boardwalk.

Play the 9-hole Palmilla Golf Club (an Arnold Palmer Signature Course) less than 3 minutes north.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.

Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
