The house has two apartments. The first apartment is on the ground floor. Has 3 bedrooms (1 * single bed, 2 * double bed), a bathroom with bathtub and washing machine, a bathroom with shower, a kitchen with a dishwasher. Coffee maker, microwave oven, refrigerator, dining room space for 6, and a living room. All rooms are air conditioned and have satellite television.
The second apartment is on the first floor. Has 3 bedrooms (2 * single bed, 2 * double bed), a bathroom with bathtub and washing machine, a bathroom with shower, a kitchen with dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave oven, refrigerator, dining room for 6, and a living room.
