Using noble materials: Burgundy stone for the flooring, Castries stone, etc. The generous proportions offered over 180 m² make it a particularly pleasant living space. The entrance opens onto the large living room of over 70 m², which extends into the fully equipped open-plan kitchen with a central island. The living room features 3 sofas and 5 armchairs around a fireplace and a wood-burning stove. The dining table can accommodate 10 people for meals. The large 3.8 m glass door brings light and aesthetic appeal to this beautiful room. The sleeping area is upstairs, separate from the living area. It is accessible via an easy-to-use staircase. All rooms are air-conditioned and have a dresser or a wardrobe. On the 1st floor, you have at your disposal: a master suite with a 180cm bed, a separate shower, a separate toilet and a washbasin; two bedrooms with two 90x190cm beds; a bathroom with a bathtub, a shower and two washbasins; a separate toilet. On the 2nd floor, you have at your disposal: two bedrooms accessible by two different staircases, one equipped with two 90x190cm beds and a washbasin, the other with 1 double bed (140 x 190 cm) and an extra mattress (120 x 190 cm), and 1 sink. 4 of the 5 bedrooms are air-conditioned. Outside, several areas are available: • The terrace with outdoor furniture, • The dining area with a griddle, • The large pétanque court, • The 3 x 9 m swimming pool with secure access, • The 2,000 m² of green space. Nearby, numerous activities and experiences are possible. • Go for a walk in the garrigue, climb the 600 meters of the legendary Pic Saint Loup, pass through the Bois le Lèque forest and descend the Sentier des Charbonnières trail. • Enjoy the whitewater and swimming spots: canoe down the Hérault gorges, swim in Lake Céceles or along the riverbank. • Go rock climbing, via ferrata, or rappelling. • Soar over the landscapes in a glider from the nearby airfield. • Taste the vineyards of Pic Saint Loup, whose reputation precedes it. • Discover the local wildlife. • Explore the medieval villages, the Château de Montferrand, and the heritage sites. The large living room, the kitchen island, and the outdoor terrace can also be used to stimulate creativity or strengthen team cohesion. Guest Access: The entire property is accessible to guests. Parking is available in the courtyard in front of the building for at least three vehicles. The property is not accessible to people with reduced mobility due to the stairs. Access to La Bastide du Terrieu is easy. Montpellier is just a 25-minute drive away, and the sea with the beaches of Carnon is 35 minutes away. From the A9 motorway, take the Castries/Baillargues exit. The accommodations are entirely non-smoking. Smoking is only permitted outdoors, and please be considerate. Pets are not allowed, and parties are prohibited. Upon your arrival, the beds will be made. Towels, kitchen towels, and bath mats are provided. Cleanliness is one of our top priorities. We are particularly meticulous about hygiene standards in the villa to guarantee you a quality stay from the moment you arrive. Cleaning and laundry fees are €295. These are payable upon arrival. A security deposit of €2,000 (by check) will be required and returned to you after the final cleaning.
