The Space:

Welcome to your home in La Rochelle! This apartment, located on the top floor of a quiet residence, is bathed in light and offers a peaceful living environment just a stone’s throw from the city.



You’ll find a comfortable bedroom, a large living area with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and most importantly… three terraces!



Almost every room has its own little outdoor space:

• A terrace next to the bedroom for some fresh air in the morning,

• A beautiful terrace next to the living room, perfect for having lunch or reading,

• Another, more private terrace, attached to the kitchen.



The view overlooks green trees (often in bloom in the spring), which adds a true sense of calm and freshness while still being in the city. A private parking space is included, a real bonus in La Rochelle.



Guest Access:

The apartment is completely private. You will have access to the entire property as well as the three outdoor terraces. A private parking space is also available for you right in front of the building. You will have a self-check-in with a code that will be provided to you on the day of your arrival.



The Neighborhood:

The neighborhood is quiet, yet close to the city center. You are just a few minutes by car from the Old Port, with all the necessary shops nearby (bakery, supermarket, pharmacy…). Perfect for discovering La Rochelle without being in the crowd.



Getting Around:

Everything is simple:

• The city center is a 20-minute walk away,

• Buses pass just steps away,

• You have a private parking space,

• And there are bike-sharing stations in the neighborhood.
