This cottage is shared with the owners and adjoins the owners' garage. On one level, it comprises a living room serving as a combined living room-kitchen, equipped with a 4-burner gas stove, an electric oven, a dishwasher, a fridge-freezer, and a washing machine, one bedroom with a double bed (140 cm), a shower room, and a separate toilet. You will enjoy a private garden area, bordered by a wooden fence of approximately 100 m², and a shared area with the owner. Garden furniture and a plancha grill are available. Entrance to the shared property, accessed through a gate. Parking is available in front of the cottage. Wi-Fi is available. Linens are provided. For your comfort in all seasons, reversible air conditioning is available in the living room and bedroom. Heating package: €3, applicable from October to the end of April.
